Successful Guild Launch

Guild launch day has gone and it was a huge success. Our guild is now in full swing with levelling and friendships being made.
Here are some do’s and don’ts to consider when creating your own guild.

Do's

Have some clear objectives for your guild
Create recruitment posts in advance of the guild creation
Make a guild website where potential members can sign up
Have access to voice communications prior to launch day
Set date and time for a launch day
Hold a memorable launch event
Host guild events
Limit recruitment
Recruit officers to help you
Stay active. Nobody likes an afk GM

Don't

Create a guild and hope that people will join
Recruit members just for numbers
Change the original objectives of the guild
